1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by JL Labour, including but not limited to our website, consultations, and legal representation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.


2. Services Provided

JL Labour offers professional labour law services, including:

  • Telephonic and email consultations

  • Employment contract drafting and policy review

  • Disciplinary and grievance procedure guidance

  • Compliance audits

  • Representation at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils (as per package limits)

  • On-site assistance (for select plans)


3. Subscription Plans

We offer tiered subscription-based services:

  • Basic Plan (R10,000/month): Up to 4 CCMA/Bargaining Council representations per year.

  • Essential Plan (R15,000/month): Up to 6 CCMA/Bargaining Council representations per year.

  • Professional Plan (R30,000/month): Up to 12 CCMA/Bargaining Council representations per year.

Each representation beyond the package limit will be billed at R2,500 per case.


4. Payment Terms

  • Monthly subscription fees are due on the 1st of each month.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Annual Payment Discount: Clients who opt for an annual payment will receive a 1-month discount on their total subscription fee.


5. Client Obligations

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide all necessary documentation and information for cases.

  • Ensure compliance with provided legal guidance.

  • Notify JL Labour in advance for representation requirements.


6. Termination & Refunds

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for early termination unless in exceptional circumstances.


7. Liability & Disclaimers

JL Labour provides expert legal support but does not guarantee outcomes of disputes or legal proceedings. Clients remain responsible for implementing legal advice provided.


8. Amendments

JL Labour reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
